What time should we arrive for the ceremony?
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to get settled in the museum’s forecourt.

What is the dress code?

Where should we park?
Several nearby parking options are available within a short walk of the museum. Please see the Travel & Accommodations page for a parking map and recommendations

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?
Yes. All events take place at the Grand Rapids Art Museum. After the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held on the dining terrace, followed by dinner in the Wege Pavilion and the evening celebration in the Cook Auditorium.

Yes. The Grand Rapids Art Museum is fully accessible. If you have specific needs or questions, please feel free to reach out.

Are children invited?
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

Is there transportation provided?
No shuttle transportation will be provided, but the museum is walkable from most nearby hotels. We recommend leaving your vehicle at your hotel if you're able to walk.
